How to Disable NVR Zero Channel Preview on DMSS

In some deployment scenarios, users may find that the NVR zero channel is automatically displayed in the preview interface on DMSS. This channel is typically used to provide a low-bandwidth overview stream, but it may not be required for daily monitoring.

If you need to disable it, please follow the guide below.

Step 1: Go to "Me" - "Settings".

Step 2: Find "Disable Channel Zero" and Settings menu

Disable "Display Channel Zero".
