This guide is for MPT320 factory reset in case the device password is forgotten.

Step 1:

Keep pressing the power button to turn off the device.

Step 2:

Keep pressing down and power buttons together till the background interface shows up.

Step 3:

Use up and down buttons to select 'recovery mode'. Press the power button to confirm.

Step 4:

Use up and down buttons to select 'wipe data/factory reset'. Press the power button to confirm.

Step 5:

Use up and down buttons to select 'Yes'. Press the power button to confirm.

Step 6:

Select 'reboot system now'. Press the power button to confirm. All the data and settings will be cleaned up after reboot.
